In which colours can I get the Beyond Ink Pen?

We currently have pens in jet black and pearl white. However, we will be adding new colours and a jewelry line. 

Which phones are compatible with the Beyond Ink Pen?

We currently produce two types of connectors:

1) Lightning Cable for iPhone 5 and up, and iPads which use the same connector.

2) Micro-USB for Samsung, LG, Blackberry and all other phones that use Micro-USB.

What materials are used to produce the Beyond Ink Pens?

Our Product is designed in Canada and the USA and is professionally engineered using the highest grade materials and components. The shell of the pen is made entirely of brass and high grade stainless steel that makes it luxurious and ensures longevity. The built-in cable, which comes out of the clip, is made out of high-grade thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) that is extremely durable.

What is the return/refund Policy?

We have worked very hard to create a product that you will love and we are confident you will enjoy using your Beyond Ink Pen. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product and packaging has to be returned in the same condition as originally
received when purchased from the Beyond Ink Pen website.

Beyond Ink Pen’s Hardware Warranty?

Beyond Ink Pen Hardware Limited Warranty 

Beyond Ink warrants that your Pen’s hardware product ("the Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year ("the Warranty Period") from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser. If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Beyond Ink will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers, or where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
